The visa application form should be fully and correctly completed, printed, and signed by the applicant. The application form must be  completed in English or German.   Valid national passport must have  at least one blank page in order to be able to affix a visa sticker on it. Personal bank statements for the last three months A confirmation letter from the applicant's health insurance stating coverage for emergency medical treatment with a minimum of €30,000. Proof of accommodation which could either be a hotel booking  for the whole stay in the Germany r a letter of invitation  by a family member or friend residing in Germany Proof of flight reservation. Proof of financial means . This could be a  bank statement not older than three months. A personal cover letter should explain the reason why the applicant wishes to visit Germany, how long the applicant intends to remain there, and what the applicant will be doing there, amongst others. The invitation letter should also include the address, period of stay and contact details of the host. University admission letter showing proof  of admission into a study program in Germany. Authenticated certificates of earlier education are required. it  is estimated that a foreign student in Germany spends an average of €720 euros per month at a minimum.  Curriculum vitae. It has to be accompanied with shreds of evidence, previous and current internship and work experiences if any. Letter of declaration by the applicant's parents  showing their commitment to support the applicant financially during the stay here. Scholarship awarding certificate  showing the applicant as a receiver and the amount of financial coverage granted to the applicant by this scholarship. Health insurance must have coverage of at least 30,000 EUR and it must be valid for at least 3 months. Motivation  letter expressing the reason for choosing the specific university, study program. the letter must indicate the applicant's study and future plans and how these studies will be improving the applicant's career and life. Proof of having paid the visa application fee. The fee is 60 EUR. Proof of English language proficiency . (For English and mixed-language study programs).

Medical Visa from Pakistan to Germany

A letter issued by your health insurance company that confirms you have travel insurance, which covers any medical emergency or hospitalization with a minimum of €30,000.
