Applicants should provide bank statements for the last 6 months.
Financial or bank statements to prove you have the finances to stay in the US.

US visa application form must be fully completed and signed by the applicant.
Your valid passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned stay in the United States.
The passport must have at least one blank page to be able to affix visa.
One photograph taken against a white background is required.
